Represented public instrumentality in an over $68 million mixed-use development in Dallas County consisting of 217-units of mixed-income multifamily residential and approximately 10,000 square feet commercial space receiving tax credits and financed through a mix of public and private funds.

Estates at Shiloh

Represented public instrumentality and its affiliates in a $45 million 264-unit affordable senior multifamily apartment complex project in Dallas County receiving tax credits and financed with a mix of public, tax exempt and private funds.

Palladium Redbird

Represented public instrumentality and its affiliates in a $60 million financing and construction of a mixed-use development in Dallas County consisting of a 300-unit mixed-income multifamily residential apartment complex receiving tax credits and financed with a mix of public, tax exempt and private funds.

Midpark Towers Apartments

Represented public instrumentality and its affiliates, including the General Partner of the owner of the project, landowner/ground lessor, and co-developer in a transaction for the over $29 million financing and rehabilitation of a 202-unit affordable multifamily apartment complex in Dallas County receiving tax credits and financed with a mix of public, tax-exempt and private funds.
